About Our Firm
The firm founded in May of 2015 is the culmination of the vision that quality legal services can be delivered in Tanzania efficiently, well researched and drafted, and at a reasonable cost. The Firm was founded by Mr Ntemi Massanja. Currently the Firm has its offices situated in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Partners
Mr Ntemi E. Massanja is the Managing Partner of the Firm. He is an advocate and also in-charge of the departments of Corporate and Commercial law in the firm. Reputable as the brain trust of the firm, Mr Massanja is also a phenomenal Advocate in drafting legal agreements and the practice of corporate, banking and finance, family law, immigration law, Real Estate and Conveyance.
Ms. Irene Mushi joined the firm as a Partner in July 2021. Prior to joining, Ms. Irene worked with B & E Ako Law as an associate for four years and later joined Open University of Tanzania as Senior Legal Counsel. Ms. Irene’s practice is centred on employment and labour relations and all aspects of industrial relations, corporate law and corporate governance, banking…
